What will I be doing?
My internship, that will be used as my end of year project, will be as a lawyers aid in a Montreal law firm called Gowlings. There i will assist the lawyers in the firm in every way possible in order to ease their workload. Doing basic work from completing basic judicial documents to getting them coffee, I will also assist in meetings and cases that will teach me the everyday life of being a lawyer. I will be working from 9am to 5pm, 3 days a week. My displacements will be via train and/or metro and/or bus to downtown Montreal.

Duration
I will be following the internship from April 1st to May 6th 2012, for a duration of 5 weeks exactly.
Budget
Considering I will be staying in the city I live in. My only budget concerns will be the public transportation cost as well as miscellaneous such as food, on the field expenses, etc...
Since the bus pass is 43.75$ a month as indicated on the STM website, the cost for 5 weeks will be the price of 2 monthly passes : 87.50$. The rest is miscellaneous and can only be estimated to about 100$ per week.

Preparation list
Nothing much is required as a preparation item. However, I will need my social insurance number just for legal reasons and the rest is based on what they will ask of me.
